Why You Should Avoid Upgrading to Monterey: A Cautionary Tale

If you're considering upgrading your computer to Monterey, beware – it could ruin your device. If your computer is more than a year old, especially if it has an Intel chip, I would advise against making the upgrade. My recent experience with Monterey has been nothing short of disastrous.

I've wasted hours on the phone with Apple's technical support team trying to resolve issues related to the update, but they've failed to provide any meaningful solutions. Instead, they seem content to push out new operating systems without addressing the numerous problems that arise from them. My computer, barely a year and a half old, has become barely functional since the update.
